We are based across four sites in Dorset
All of our team are from very different work backgrounds, and for most this is a second or third career
You do not necessarily need to have qualifications and/or experience of working in the helping profession to work with us
Safeguarding and personal development
All staff are DBS checked on application, and rechecked annually
We undertake regular continuing professional development, in theoretical and practical forms
Staff are supported by a team of wellbeing professionals
Driving your own vehicle with a full UK license is usually an essential requirement
