OUTREACH SERVICE

Compassionate support for children, young people and families

Our outreach service provides specialist, multidisciplinary help during periods of acute difficulty. We focus on supporting mental health recovery through therapeutic interventions, relational support and strategies that build emotional resilience — helping young people return to learning with greater confidence.

We go beyond frameworks and procedures to design and deliver tailored support plans, informed by therapeutic and systemic expertise.

Through consistent, relational work, we help rebuild resilience and confidence, creating the conditions for sustained emotional and developmental growth.

Core expertise and approach

Systemic intervention

We work with families, schools and professionals to create lasting change.

We draw on the strong partnerships we already have with schools, social care, health services and other professionals.

Crisis response

We provide rapid support for high-risk situations, including exclusion risk, placement breakdown and family crisis.

We help develop practical strategies to support development and manage challenges.

Case formulation

We create detailed assessments considering the psychological, relational and systemic factors affecting the young person.

All case formulation is supervised by Dr. Laura Bennett, Clinical Psychologist at Oasis Psychology.

Therapeutic practice

Our practitioners are trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), psychodynamic formulation and trauma-informed care.

These equip us to address emotional, relational and behavioural challenges.
